Orders

Your order and payment for your order constitute an offer to purchase items at the displayed prices.
Accordingly, we reserve the right to accept or reject your order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Error(s) in price or shipping costs
• Issue(s) with your payment or shipping address
• Error(s) in the order or ordered items (including product description and images)
• Prevention of possible fraud
• Previous chargeback(s) or return(s) associated with you or your address

We will notify you of any cancellations, available product substitutions and price differences by email. If we are unable to reach an agreement about the amended order, your order may be cancelled in whole and a full refund will be provided to you.

Order Cancellations/Amendments

We endeavour to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible upon receipt of your order. If you wish to amend or cancel your order after placing an order, please contact us immediately as we may have already processed your order (even if the order status has not been updated online yet). Products ‘made to order’ cannot be cancelled or amended.

Payment Facilities

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and third parties (bank or PayPal) implement industry standard security measures to process payment of your order. Card payments are processed with 3D Secure verification. Please note all third party payment processors collect and handle payment information in accordance with their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
