Can I pick up my order?

We now offer a Click & Collect service for Melbourne orders from Reservoir VIC 3073. Please wait for our collection notice to confirm that your order is prepared and ready for collection, which normally takes around up to 1 standard working day from the date of your order.

For interstate orders, we can ship your order to an available courier depot if it's feasible. Please note a shipping fee may apply to process the order for delivery to the courier depot. If possible, please specify the courier name and depot address as an order note at Checkout.

For smaller and medium sized items, we can also ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers with Australia Post (to be included in the shipping details when placing your order).

Is express delivery available for my area?

Express delivery is generally available for:

  • Australia-wide if the order is for smaller items under 5-20kg*
    or
  • Victoria* (eligible suburbs only)

For oversized items or other items larger than 5kg, please contact us for a custom quote.

My order hasn't arrived yet, how long does it take for delivery?

Tracking number
Most orders are dispatched with a tracking number which can be entered into the courier's website to view the delivery progress.

If you have not received this tracking number, please reach out to us by completing the contact form.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Unless a scheduled date has been specifically arranged prior to delivery, a courier will normally provide an ETA. ETA is calculated from the date a courier has collected the goods from our warehouse and can be subject to change if there are order issues or unexpected delivery issues.

Our couriers provide the following estimated lead times from the date of courier collection / dispatch from our warehouse:

Standard Delivery

  • VIC: Up to ~5 working days*
  • Interstate: Up to ~7 working days*

Express Delivery

  • VIC: Up to ~2 working days* or a specifically booked date if arranged prior*
  • Interstate: Up to ~3 working days*

If express delivery is selected for your order, we will aim to dispatch for express delivery via our couriers provided that it's feasible. If it cannot be arranged, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Please note booked delivery dates or time frames are not guaranteed and can be subject to change or cancellation. ETA may be extended for deliveries to rural or remote areas, during busier times of the year or other special circumstances.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Contactless deliveries
When placing your order, we recommend that you enter a shipping address which enables the goods to be left safe as some couriers may opt for contactless delivery where possible. If there is a designated safe location for the goods to be left, please specify this as an order note or in the address line when filling out your shipping details.

Signature required
If you require a signature for delivery, please include this as an order note.

For multi-level buildings, some commercial addresses and other addresses where it is not feasible to leave the goods on-site, the courier may require a signature for delivery or deliver your parcel to a local post office or depot for you to collect within 5-7 business days. If this occurs, please promptly collect your order. If the goods are not collected in time, the courier will return the goods back to our warehouse which will incur an additional Return to Sender "RTS" fee for the failed delivery which we don't cover.

Heavy items
For orders of heavy items, our couriers will normally require a physical street address for delivery and a person to be on-site to receive and assist with unloading the item(s).
